We sell digital products, delivered by download or email link after payment. No physical item is shipped. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in US dollars.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
Your purchase is for your personal use. Please do not resell, share or republish the files.
Our products give general information about dog training. Results vary with each dog, owner and situation, and we do not promise a specific result or timeframe. Our products do not replace a veterinarian or a qualified professional. If your dog shows aggression, has bitten, shows strong fear, or changes behavior suddenly, contact your veterinarian or a qualified professional before training. You are responsible for your dog's safety and for how you apply the information.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
If our product is not right for you, email italiandigitalbuilders@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email, and we will refund what you paid for that product. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method. The time they take to appear depends on your bank.

We use service providers including systeme.io (website, checkout, email), Stripe (payments), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards they provide.
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
